WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ?
We get it, ordering activewear online can be tough. That’s why with we happily offer an exchange, credit or refund. Your item must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached in order for this to be accepted.
Items need to be returned within 21 days from the purchase date. Upon return our team will assess the item before approving an exchange, credit or refund.
EXCHANGES:
As a label that offers limited quantities per drop, our capacity to exchange will depend on stock levels.
If you wish to exchange, we do not cover the shipping costs. To request a exchange, credit or refund, please lodge via our returns portal here.
Sale items are final - no returns, exchanges or store credits. If you have a faulty or have any other enquiries, please contact us at hypegirl@alitahstate.com
How long will it take to ship my order?
Girlies that workout, need activewear to work out in, so here is the low down on how to stalk your postie.
We ship all of our orders from our Gold Coast studio. All domestic orders are shipped within a 48 hour timeframe, excluding public holidays.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Our standard service will take between 5-7 days to reach you from shipment.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We do offer express posting which is approximately 2-4 days depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international orders we offer DHL Express. We have found them to be dependable and prompt. Orders typically reach our international customers within 7-10 business days.
Please note: International customers may be liable to cover customs or duty fees to receive your order.

For our international queens. We got you- Alitah State ships worldwide with DHL express. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for international deliveries. Shipping time frames may vary during peak seasons and unexpected circumstances.
International shipping rates are as follows;

USA $40
Rest of World $50

What method of payment do you use and is it safe?
We accept Paypal and Credit Card payments, Paypal is trusted by over 6 million people because of it’s online security.
And yessss, we love ‘buy now, pay later’ options so we offer Afterpay and Klarna at check out.
What currency will be charged to my card?
As Alitah State is based in Australia, you will be charged in AUD. If using PayPal, a conversion from AUD to your currency will automatically be displayed to you at check out. If paying directly by credit card, your order would be processed in AUD and converted by your bank to the equivalent currency, based on the day’s currency conversion rate supported by your bank.

We have size guides available for each of our products. Visit the product page of the piece you’re interested in and click the drop down button under Size Chart and Model Measurements to view.
